Could an alliance between the Greyjoys and the Starks have won the War of the Five Kings outright?

That might be going a bit too far. It would have knocked out the Westerlands and greatly firmed up Robb’s Northern Alliance, but the Reach and the Crownlands and the Vale and the Stormlands could have potentially coalesced against him.
