In terms of Westeros, not really because there’s not a standing army. Not that you can’t have political movements by knights, but they tend to have different dynamics.
I saw you mention Mike Duncan in a recent post (big fan myself) You said you listened to his Rome podcast, have you also listened to his Revolutions podcast? If not I highly recommend it. (The recent post about revolutions and officer corps and your mention of Charles Xs blunder made me wonder) Westeros related, is there anything comparable to an officer corps? perhaps high ranking men at arms or less wealthy knights?
