That is a tough one to answer, especially because of the way that nostalgia and recency effect bias are going to push and pull on this one.
The worst is a bit easier: I would go with something like the Black Cauldron or the Aristocats, one of the less inspired efforts from the pre-Renaissance era of roto-scoping and copying (not that you couldn’t have good results from roto-scoping: the original 101 Dalmations and Swords in the Stone are classics for a reason).
The best is harder, because while I can’t deny the impact of the major Renaissance films (especially Lion King, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast), I have a major soft spot for the Great Mouse Detective and Lio & Stitch.
