Had sansa not talked to cersei about her and arya’s leaving for winterfell (lets say ned allows septa mordane to chase after sansa and manages to stop her before she goes to cersei), would they have managed to leave? I imagine littlefinger had his spies in the city’s exits and port on high alert for the starks or their household members, so did sansa going to cersei’s actually made a difference?
