Opinion on the Varys Merman Theory?

It’s awful, but it at least gestures in the direction of the text whereas a lot of bad theories not only don’t but actively argue against the text.

Previous Post I was reading your predictions for TWOW and ADOS from back in 2015. Did any of them change since then? For example, you didn’t mention the second dance of dragons between Dany and Aegon and subsequent burning of Kings Landing that many people believe in.

Next Post Why is the focus on this as some exercise of Royal perogative from Rhaegar and not the willing defiance and consent of Lyanna at that time? There are plenty of examples of children rebuking the betrothals set by their parents in the history of Westeros going back to the Targaryen royal family itself as recently as Aegon V and his sons, so it wouldn’t unprecedented.
