If they exist, Rodrik could have used them to take Winterfell back from Theon, or Bran to escape (if you can’t trust a kid with that datum, you should at least trust your long-service castellan of a retainer house). 2) Why WOULD they exist? Why have tunnels that create the risk of, well, this very scenario? It seems against the ideology of Starks re: their castle to ever flee the place.
