Is Harrenhal located directly on the shore of the God’s Eye? I’ve seen artwork where it’ has a kind of mini-port. It would make sense for Harren to build it that way, right?

It would absolutely make sense for Harren to build it that way, because it would allow him to reinforce and resupply by water.
