The BWB spread the belief in R’hollor in the Riverlands(mostly amongst smallfolk). Do you think that will lead to something? Add the R’hollorists around Stannis and we have quite a number of worshipers. Their belief is seen as a foreign oddity or decried as demon worship. It is the only belief which seems to directly point to the Others as enemy,whereas for others they are just legends separate from the religion.
