In cases like the burning of Nightsong by the Dornish, do the Carons have to pay the bills for rebuilding out of their own pockets ? Or would the Iron Throne or Storm’s End foot part of the bill, seeing as the burning happened because of the War they, & not the Carons, initiated ?
