What are the chances Loki sold Asgard out at the end of Thor: Ragnarok?

He seemed pretty surprised. But I wouldn’t be surprised if he had snaffled up the Tesseract and the Aether when he was in the Vaault, and that’s why the mid-credits scene happened.
