Previous Post Wrt the anon’s Duskendale question – they specifically mention ‘Tywin [besieging] Duskendale’, so I think they’re probably talking about the Defiance (which Tarly is never mentioned as having been involved in, I think), not the Wot5K’s Battle at Duskendale (in which Tarly had the command).
