Whats the real world equivalent for the arbor gold? Champagne? What about the other wines around, like arbor red, dornish, etc?

So Arbor Gold is a white wine, although more than that I can’t say. Arbor Reds vary, some are sweet, some are dry, etc. Some Dornish reds are sour and others sweet, etc.
