Next Post Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was pretty clear that Lyanna (in the show) was the one who named her son Aegon. It would make no sense for Rhaegar to do it (as he already had an Aegon). My question: would Lyanna have known that Elia and the children were dead? That is, how likely do you think it is that she knew about the war’s ending before Ned showed up?
