If 1/1000 is a greendreamer, and 1/1000 of those are greenseers, there should be about 40,000 greendreamers and 40 greenseers in Westeros alone, right? Presumably all on a continuum of ability, given what we know of wargs. I know you have pointed out how much Littlefinger has benefitted from extremely good luck (or GRRM’s finger on the scale), but isn’t it possible he has some latent greendreaming/greenseeing ability that he’s been able to subconsciously exploit to his benefit?
