A followup question to the road question about the riverlands. when creating forts on both sides of a river, is it better for the riverland trade and prosperity/kings of the trident, to let their own people(nobles and smallfolk alike) pass through over these bridges free of charge, or should you demand a toll, like the freys do?

It’s better for the national economy if there aren’t charges on those bridges, but it’s less good for the local noble who wants that revenuge. So it depends on the strength of the state vis-a-vis the nobility.
