How do you think the northmen and riverlanders regard the valemen who sat out the war of 5 kings?

I think there’s a good bit of confusion and some resentment about why Lysa Arryn ignored her kinsmen, which I might add is shared by a good number of Valemen too, but I think it’s something of a secondary concern for them.
