I don’t know about far weaker. The Tullys would probably be pretty close and important vassals to the Justmans, being neighbors who guard the Justman’s western border.
Great location for the Justmans seat. I have to wonder, today that seems to be Justman day, how would that location affect the Tullys/Riverrun had the Justmans survived? Would the Tullys be a far weaker than they are in OT?
