Probably more the former, I think that was a bit of a joke from Bloodraven.
Bloodraven says that the captive Daemon II would be “an ornament to the court”. Would such a position be one of humiliation, akin to Sansa Stark;s time at King’s Landing, or would he be afforded respect?
