Well, there aren’t a lot of examples of truly landless Houses (as opposed to landless members of landed Houses) who have a long lineage, so it’s hard to say.
Do landless Houses receive the same prestige from a long lineage that for example, the Lannister’s do, or will they always be regarded as a kind of well-bred hedge knight/steward/etc?
