It could be from the Stormlands, but I’m guessing that a lot of it came from the Snakewood, as that’s much closer to home and can be potentially floated down the coast to save on transportation costs.
Maester Steven, may I please ask where you think the Vale sourced most of the timber for its fleet? (my guess is that they tended to do business with the Stormlands rather than the Trident, since shipping masses of timber by sea would be easier than dragging it over the Mountains of the Moon – The North would be an ideal source, except for the fact that the two realms Hate each other).
