Melisandre and Moqorro both see visions in their flames, but Melisandre seems to try to interpret them while Moqorro just describes them. Could this be GRRM making a point about prophecy? Is it just because Mel is a POV while Moqorro isn’t? Or are Moqorro and Melisandre both controlling information, but using different tactics to do so?
