Not really. Wights don’t feel pain and don’’t need to breathe, so sending them up mountains isn’t a problem. As for the white walkers, they’ve got their pale spiders.
They’re real good at climbing.
Wouldn’t The Vale make the most sense, from a strategic standpoint, as the last stand/stronghold to fight the white walkers?
