What do you think Tormunds title of “Mead King of Ruddy Hall” entail? Like how does a tiny little petty kingdom like that function and what would Tormunds actual job be there?

Well, I think Ruddy Hall is Tormund’s holdfast and Mead King indicates that no one can drink him under the table, so I don’t think it’s really a question of government functions.
