Given that Quellon Greyjoy was the one to ban thralldom, I’m going to say no.
Did Aegon I or any of the Targaryen kings outlaw thralldom &/or the taking of salt-wives (completely, including from reaving in foreign waters/lands) by the Ironborn? If it’s unknown, do you think any did & who? Thanks.
