Master Steven, if you were asked to pick out a Marvel Super-villain (an American citizen born, with just the right combination of Ambition, connections and resources, one whose villainy was not a matter of Public Record) for a plot line taking a MOSTLY serious look at the sort of things such an Evildoer could get up to in office (and how Heroes could cope with such an occurrence WITHOUT descending into Civil War AGAIN) then whom would you pick?
