Reading your brilliant response to the ask about Ned Dayne put this idea in my head: could Ashara have been “Wylla”. To be a wet nurse she would have had to been nursing recently, perhaps she had not a stillborn child but one who didn’t survive long and took it upon herself to come to her brother’s aid at the TOJ?

No, I think Wylla was Wylla. For one thing, Ned probably traveled with her some distance if Robert remembers her and Robert knew Ashara. For another, keeping up the pretense at Starfall would have been incredibly difficult given how many people highborn and low in the area around Starfall would be familiar with Ashara’s appearance and the existence (or non-existence) of a servant called Wylla. 

I think the more straightforward explanation is that Wylla was a servant of the Daynes as Ned states and Ashara died when people say she did.
