Does it make sense that the Triarchy fleet had time to sack Spicetown and High Tide when they were simultaneously getting decimated by dragonfire?

They did that after surviving the dragonfire, I think, but yeah, I’m not a huge fan of the plotting of the Dance. As with @warsofasoiaf, I find it the least interesting of the wars GRRM came up with – too much jobbing.
