Probably keep Blackfyre, since that’s the symbol people rallied to and the name Targaryen would know be associated with treason.
If Daemon had won the rebellion, would he have been crowned as Daemon Blackfyre, with his descendants now all having the last name of Blackfyre, or would he have adopted the name Targaryen?
