If King Landing goes to smithereens and Oldtown goes to the Drowned God. How does it effect trade if Westeros’ two largest port cities are destroyed?

It hits it pretty hard. Eventually, other cities will take up the slack, but there aren’t that many cities with the kind of capacity (docks, warehouses, moneylenders, etc.) so there will be a long adjustment period.
