Hi–Love your theory that Winterfell is an engine for fighting the Others and as such probably pre-dates the Wall. My follow-up: Bran the Builder also built Storm’s End, which is *really* far away. Do you think Storm’s End–its mythic construction, magical weirdness, and coastal setting–was built as a bulwark against the Drowned God a la PoorQuentyn’s Eldritch Apocalypse theory?
