In relation to your recent mercenary question where you posited that Tywin might use mercenaries as arrow fodder to avoid having to pay them as much, wouldn’t there be contracted remuneration for casualties that would ultimately cost more? I’m thinking along the lines of the mercenary company from Red Country (I believe you’re an Abercrombie fan?)
