Either is possible. There were rumors that Rhaenys wasn’t super into monogamy, and Aenys could have inherited his dragonriding abilities through the maternal (or is that sororital?) line.
As for Daeron II, yes everyone says that Naerys was pious and Aemon was a true knight. To which I say, Guinevere and Lancelot.
