Do you think Edric Dayne will have an impact in the series? Or was he just there to be a red herring regarding Jon’s parentage?

I think Edric Dayne will probably show up at Starfall for the resolution of the whole Darkstar/Areo Hotah/Obara/Balon Swann thing. And I don’t think it’ll be a red herring exactly – I think when the whole group comes together that Ned and Ashara had been lovers before Ned was married, that she was pregnant and miscarried, **that she let Ned know where his sister was**, and that she killed herself when he showed up with his infant nephew and Arthur’s sword.
