During the 1st Blackfyre Rebellion, where Daeron’s and Daemon’s families would be? Maekar’s oldest children should already be born, but Summerhaul doesn’t seem defensible enough, would they be send to the Kings Landing or to Dorne? Is Daemon’s wife and kids in Tyrosh? and how do you spread 7 Kingsguards between the king and all the princes?

Well, Daemon’s family were probably somewhere in the Reach, but close enough to hand that Bittersteel could get them out to Tyrosh.

Daeron’s kin were probably kept safe at the Red Keep.

As to the Kingsguard, you don’t automatically get one by being a prince, they’re apportioned according to need.
