For a race sorely lacking in siege technology, the Dothraki sure have a pretty impressive record of reducing strong, well defended cities to ashes-Sarnori cities, Qathi cities, Ibbenese cities & even Qohor would have gone the same way save for the Unsullied. So then, do you really believe what Jorah Mormont said about Dothraki being unable to storm any Westerosi castle?

It’s a fair point, but A. in most of those cases, they killed the defenders outside the gates of the city as opposed to having to fight their way in, and B. city walls are far less formidable defenses than castles. 

So, no, the Dothraki at their current level of siege technology probably couldn’t take Westerosi castles.
