Not really. The North has a population of 3.5-4 million; compare that to 100,000 in the whole of the Beyond-the-Wall.
Do you think the number of people living beyond the Wall is unrealistic? I’ve always felt that it was really unrealistic that such a cold and bleak place could offer enough vegetation or game to sustain many people… and not to mention the mammoths and giants…
