Ser Maynard (Bloodraven) points that out, but Ser Kyle assumes that either Bloodraven or Maekar would have them bumped off.
There’s something bothering me about the Kyle the Cat quote you cite in you Blackfyre essays. He says when Aerys dies there will be war between “the Hand and the heir” – Bloodraven and Maekar. But at the time Rhaegel and Aelor were still alive, so Maekar shouldn’t be the heir. Any thoughts?
