Well, it would have to be more than one, but yes, probably. Minor Houses can repopulate, the Watch hasn’t been able to.
Do you think the North be more secure if the Night’s Watch had just died out in the past 300 years (or earlier), and the Gift and Wall duty been assigned to one of the minor Houses?
