It’s easy to see the Al-Andalus influences in Dorne, but didn’t you say there are Welsh influences too? What are they?

2. Red Mountains = Welsh mountains.
3. Guerrilla tactics = Guerrilla tactics.
4. Prince of Dorne = Prince of Wales.  
5. Dornish absolute primogeniture vs. Westerosi  agnatic primogeniture = Welsh gavelkind vs. English primogeniture.
6. Dornish customs = Celtic customs. 

And so on and so forth.
