You said re: Jorah touching Dany that it’s the “wrong hand”. But we don’t know how it spreads exactly – think of Shireen’s doll. The disease can somehow survive in places other than where the skin is scaled. Maybe it’s enough that Jorah touched his own greyscale before he touched Dany. My take is Dany won’t get it, but Missandei will, or else why the deliberate close-ups?
