Any ideas/theories on where Blackfyre and Dark Sister are? I’d personally bet on Golden Company and Dragonstone respectively.

Blackfyre is either with the Golden Company or with Illyrio, although it’s possibl GRRM moved it between drafts. 

Dark Sister I think is in the Far North with Bloodraven.
