What would you say the relationship between specifically Joanna and Cersei was like?

I defer to joannalannister on this subject, but it doesn’t seem to have been a particularly close relationship on Cersei’s part, who seems to have gravitated to her father. Besides her attachment to her mother’s marriage cloak, I don’t recall Cersei ever mentioning her mother.
