But Westerosi naval power is nothing to scoff at, once you count the fleets of King’s Landing, Driftmark, Arbor, Oldtown and the Iron Isles, and Westeros probably has the edge in manpower. How crucial a role would the Iron Bank itself, & the other free cities have played?
