How do you think Aegon’s side will deal with the houses that supported Robert in the rebellion but are now working against/subdued by the Lannister/Tyrell power block (Tully, Stark etc.)? Pragmatically offer full pardons?

I don’t think they’ll have time to deal with that question. I think they’ll be dealing with the Lannisters/Tyrells and then with Dany.
