You’ve called Euron Greyjoy “a lying drug addict” on a few occasions (though only once using those exact words). That’s true enough, but Euron’s not tripping on mundane LSD when he’s drinking Shade of the Evening. Shouldn’t the fact that he’s using the same drug as the subtly magical Warlocks and overtly magical Undying be a serious red flag?

It’s magical, sure, but it’s illusion magic – it’s meant to fool you, to distract you, to make you reach for power fantasies rather than genuine revelation. When it comes to the Warlocks, there is no there there, just endless layers of surface, all of it false and corruptive.
