Re: The Saans–I think you missed my point. Independent operators, like the one you mentioned–and like Aurane’s become–do typically die quite young, and violently. My point is the Saans seem to be Lyseni nobles–of a sort–who play pirate, not unlike the Grimaldis in Genoa. And given that–like the Grimaldis–they seem to frequently play their own political game, one has to wonder where it they hole up when they’ve offended the Lyseni powers that be–their ‘Monoco’.
